In today’s fast-paced and technology-driven world, staying awake late at night has become increasingly common. Students study until midnight, professionals work late shifts, and many people spend long hours watching movies or scrolling through social media. As a result, midnight eating has turned into a regular habit for many individuals. While it may seem harmless or comforting, this behaviour can have significant physiological and psychological consequences.[1]
