ABSTRACT
A STUDY IN SUSTAINABILITY OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE INITIATIVES
Arthur Carmazzi*
The sustainability of organizational culture change is a multifaceted process that requires consistent reinforcement and strategic integration of both human and technological elements. This paper explores key strategies that can ensure the enduring success of cultural initiatives within organizations. Among the most critical strategies are the establishment of a common language, the creation of a unified identity, the identification of a common enemy, and the use of quarterly elections to sustain motivation and engagement. Additionally, dedicated individuals focused on specific, clearly defined cultural outcomes are essential for maintaining the momentum of culture change. The paper also highlights how gamification tools like Squadli, Management Mirror, Colored Brain, and OCEAN can track behavioral progress, provide real-time feedback, and reinforce desired behaviors, making the culture transformation process more interactive and engaging. Ultimately, a combination of measurable goals, feedback, recognition, and the psychological elements of fun ensures that employees remain motivated and invested in the cultural evolution. These strategies not only contribute to the immediate success of culture change but also embed it as a sustainable and dynamic part of the organization's core values.
