Bicornuate uterus is a very rare uterine anomaly resulting from incomplete fusion of 2 mullerian ducts during embryogenesis. Bicornuate uterus very rarely can lead to uterine rupture with massive intra peritoneal bleeding in early as well as in later stage pregnancy leading to high mortality and morbidity. We report some cases of uterine rupture of bicornuate uterus occurring at different gestational age with complain of pain abdomen and shock. The diagnosis of uterine rupture was made and emergency laparotomy was done. Bicornuate uterus with rupture was an intra-operative finding in all cases. Uterine rupture should be suspected in women presenting with abdominal pain and hemodynamic instability. Bicornuate uterus may be an independent risk factor for uterine rupture which can occur in primigravida patient and at any gestational age.
