VITAL ROLE OF URDHWAJATRUGATA MARMA FOR NASYA THERAPY: A REVIEW

Marma points are vital areas in the body where life energy resides. Nasya therapy, a key component of Panchakarma in Ayurveda, is specifically designed to treat disorders of the head and neck region (Urdhwajatrugata Vikara) by stimulating these vital points. This review examines the importance of Urdhwajatrugata marmas and how Nasya therapy acts on these points to promote health.
