The current study used natural plant extracts and essential oils to formulate and assess a Roll-on for topical pain and inflammation alleviation.[2] The analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and calming qualities of ingredients like Epipremnum aureum, Tinospora cordifolia, cinnamon oil, sesame oil, peppermint oil, and clove oil led to their selection.[3] The emulsification method was used to prepare three batches (F1, F2, and F3), and their pH, stability, homogeneity, spreadability, organoleptic qualities, and after-feel were assessed. Batch F3 outperformed the others in terms of texture, stability, and potent pain relief. For the treatment of inflammation and musculoskeletal pain, the herbal roll-on offered a cooling and soothing feeling with few adverse effects, making it a safe and efficient natural substitute for synthetic analgesic formulations.[6]
